These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and 444cx ("444cx", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the website located at https://444cx.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the 444cx Platform — including registering an account, placing a wager, claiming a bonus or using any interactive feature — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual products, games or promotions offered on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on 444cx, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust or other legal entity.
• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been suspended or permanently excluded from 444cx or any related operator platform for breach of terms, fraud or gambling-related self-exclusion.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of 444cx or any of its service providers in a capacity that could create a conflict of interest.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each user may hold only one active Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and update your Account details promptly if any information changes. 444cx accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate contact or payment information provided by you.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Notify 444cx support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification. 444cx operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit a valid CNIC, passport, proof of address and/or source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

4.5 Account Currency. Accounts on 444cx display balances primarily in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where currency conversion is applicable, the rate used will be disclosed at the point of transaction. Currency conversion fees, if any, are your responsibility.

You agree to use the 444cx Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers or artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from 444cx.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or other activity that seeks to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Exploiting software bugs, interface errors or pricing anomalies — any winnings from such exploitation may be voided at 444cx's sole discretion.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile or otherwise misuse any proprietary technology or content belonging to 444cx.
• Providing false or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC or customer support interactions.
• Creating, operating or participating in any pyramid scheme, syndicate or collective that seeks to circumvent standard account and bonus terms.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

6.1 Deposit Responsibility. All deposits must be made using payment methods that you legally own and control. 444cx does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may be referenced as familiar contextual options for Pakistani users; 444cx does not represent or warrant affiliation, endorsement or official support from any of these providers.

6.2 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit thresholds apply and may vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. Illustrative example: a minimum deposit of PKR 1,000 may be required to qualify for certain promotions. Always verify the active minimums before depositing.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds; (c) the absence of any outstanding investigation into account activity; and (d) verification that the withdrawal is directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible.

6.4 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times are illustrative and not guaranteed. Actual timelines depend on payment method, verification status and volume of requests at the time of submission. 444cx will communicate estimated timelines within the cashier interface.

6.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 444cx is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All financial transactions are subject to AML monitoring. 444cx reserves the right to delay, restrict or report any transaction that raises AML concerns to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the user.

7.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions are available to eligible accounts only. 444cx reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to restrict eligibility based on account history, location or activity patterns.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement obliges you to wager PKR 150,000 in total before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. All examples are illustrative; refer to the active promotion for binding figures.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Wagering. A maximum bet per round, spin or transaction typically applies while bonus funds are active. Placing bets in excess of this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.

7.4 Game Contribution. Different games contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live-casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%). Specific contribution tables are published in each promotion's terms.

7.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements not fulfilled within the stated window will be removed from the Account without further notice or compensation.

7.6 Abuse Prevention. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other users, exploiting promotional structures or employing strategies with the primary purpose of extracting bonus value rather than genuine entertainment — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent Account closure.

8.1 Game Integrity. All games and sports-betting markets available on 444cx are operated using certified or independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-dealer streams from reputable third-party studios. 444cx does not guarantee any particular outcome.

8.2 Bet Placement. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and binding. Technical errors during bet placement — such as connectivity loss — do not automatically entitle a user to cancellation or compensation. If a bet fails to register due to a Platform-side technical fault, 444cx will investigate and resolve the matter based on available records.

8.3 Void Bets. 444cx reserves the right to void any bet placed on erroneous odds, on an event that has been suspended or cancelled, or where the outcome was determined in circumstances outside normal sporting conduct (e.g., match abandonment, disqualification, or proven corruption).

8.4 Sports Betting Specific Rules. Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC and other cricket markets are subject to the specific sport rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. Market settlement decisions by 444cx's trading team, made in good faith based on official event results, are final.

8.5 Payout Limits. Maximum payout limits per event, per day and per category apply. These limits are displayed within the sportsbook and are subject to change without prior notice.

444cx is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be an enjoyable entertainment activity — not a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.

9.1 Player Protection Tools. The following tools are available to all registered users via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps.
• Loss Limits: Set thresholds on net losses over defined periods.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict continuous play time per session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform.

9.2 Age Verification. 444cx operates a strict adults-only policy. Registration, wagering and use of any real-money feature on this Platform is limited to persons aged 18 or older, or the higher minimum required by the applicable license jurisdiction.

All content on the 444cx Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of 444cx or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit: (a) reproduction or redistribution of content; (b) commercial exploitation; (c) modification or creation of derivative works; or (d) reverse engineering of any Platform component.

Any use of 444cx's trademarks, trade names or branding without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages or injunctive relief.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 444cx and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

11.2 444cx does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing adequate security measures on your own devices.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Your use of the 444cx Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how it is used, with whom it is shared and how long it is retained.

By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may exercise your data rights — including access, correction and deletion — by contacting us at the email address set out in the Contact section of these Terms.

444cx uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve the Platform experience and for analytics purposes. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, although disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality.

444cx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised Effective Date. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide notice via email or an on-Platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate change is required for legal or regulatory reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

14.1 Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting 444cx support. Any real-money balance remaining after pending transactions and KYC verification will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to applicable fees and the conditions of this clause.

14.2 Termination by 444cx. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or criminal activity;
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of Platform vulnerabilities;
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (with appropriate notice given).

14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for breach, any Bonus Funds and winnings generated in breach of these Terms may be forfeited. Verified real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned subject to the completion of all outstanding checks.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 444cx is incorporated and licensed to operate, as published in the applicable licensing information accessible on the Platform. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may be applicable to their conduct and should seek independent legal advice if uncertain.

In the event of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 444cx's internal complaints procedure by contacting customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under the applicable license, or to a court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence.
